the fine print

You must be 21 or older to join the wine club or purchase wine. Membership continues until you notify us in writing of cancellation. Three shipments must be fulfilled as a minimum commitment before you may cancel in writing.

Wines club orders may be customized based on availability. Shipping is available to members through UPS if desired, based on the associated costs charged by the carrier, minus your club level shipment discount. An adult signature is required at time of delivery. Shipments cannot be delivered to post office boxes.

Members are responsible for sales tax (varies by state), shipping charges, and additional fees for address changes or returned packages. Members are responsible for updating their shipping information before each allocation is processed. A credit card will be automatically charged before your wine is shipped or prepared for pick up. Benefits are non-transferable.

Membership is void where prohibited. If you are scheduled to pick up your allocation, but haven’t picked it up for 6 months after its release date, it will be shipped to you with the appropriate shipping discounts. We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
