For the Winter 2026 season, on Saturdays and Sundays, you'll find inspired versions of classic dishes using a combination of modern and traditional techniques applied to local and seasonal Northwest ingredients — all paired to perfectly compliment each of our estate wines.

For all other tasting days, Monday, Wednesday through Friday, enjoy curated boards specially curated to pair with our tasting flights.
