Our award winning 2021 Blanc de Blancs Bubbles. This beautiful wine received a gold medal from the Oregon Wine Competition.

Brilliant pale straw in color, this wine exudes aromas of lemon curd, golden apple, quince jam, and brioche. The discreet but playful bubbles bring flavors of golden apple and white nectarine on the palate. Superbly balanced with a lively finish.

Rosé Bubbles - Willamette Valley

Beautiful rosy pink in color, this wine exudes lively bubbles with aromas of strawberry shortcake, cherry Jolly Rancher, and wild red fruit. On the palate hints of wet stone, pie cherry, strawberry, and candied grapefruit tickle the senses.
