a Nashville in the Northwest Concert
Our friends from Nashville are returning to Andante for a special intimate concert in the Andante tasting room.

For this concert, Justin Klump and new artist, Jacob Rice, will be performing an acoustic concert. Both artists will share stories, showcase their own songs, and also accompany each other in a round-robin format.
Due to the style of the concert and the size of the tasting room, there is a very limited amount of tickets available so reserve your spot as soon as you can.

About the Songwriters
Jaocb Rice
Nashville, TN
While rooted in the country genre, Jacob Rice blends Pop and R&B sounds with a unique form of lyrical expression. Taking musical inspiration from the likes of Train, Old Dominion, Bruno Mars, and Billy Currington, Jacob uses bouncy melodies and skillfully crafted hooks that will make any music lover bop and sing along.
Based out of middle Tennessee, Jacob has immersed himself in the Nashville music scene, performing at legendary venues around town, and writing songs with exceptional rising stars in country music. In 2024, he performed as part of the Key West Songwriter’s Festival and Annapolis Songwriter’s Festival booked by BMI. In 2023, he opened for Jake Owen at the Vermont State Fair. He was honored with the designation “Artist to Watch” by The Listening Room Cafe for the month of July 2022, and “Rising Talent” by the prestigious Bluebird Cafe during their 40th Birthday Celebration in 2022.
Jacob has been featured on Spotify’s “New Music Nashville” and “Fresh Finds Country”, Nashville’s Radio SoBro and Vermont Public Radio, and his career has been spotlighted with profiles in the Honky Tonk Times and on Nashville’s WKRN Channel 2 News. All of these accomplishments are a testament to his hard work and dedication to making great, lasting music.

Justin Klump
Originally from Vancouver, WA - now based in nashville
Justin Klump was born in the Pacific Northwest and raised on Copeland, Brahms, and Pink Floyd. His love for music is deeply rooted in the long-held traditions of his family, whose piano benches were more crowded than their couches, and passed around guitars like offering plates. Once that guitar was passed to Justin, he never put it down. The music led him to songwriting, performing, producing, and ultimately to Nashville, TN in 2012.
From 2006 to 2016, Justin toured the country playing small theaters and clubs, including Aladdin Theater in Portland, OR and Eddie’s Attic in Decatur, GA, while releasing multiple albums under his own name. In 2012, his album Sticks and Stones debuted Top 10 on the iTunes Singer/Songwriter chart. Justin’s songs were in rotation on Sirius XM’s The Coffee House, NBC Sports, BBC One, and featured by Rolling Stone Country, American Songwriter, and Parade Magazine, to name a few.
Today, you can find Justin in the studio writing, producing, and making music with a variety of artists and writers from the US and the UK. Those years spent chasing success on his own terms gave him a great sense of how to tap into the needs of an artist. When working on a lyric in a songwriting session, or in the studio recording, he doesn’t stop working until the feeling is right. He has an innate ability to know what a record needs in order to highlight the emotion behind the song, and to pull the best out of everyone in the room. Justin naturally creates a space for the artist to feel at home, allowing creativity to flourish.
